I joined Multiples in 2015 and focus on forging and nurturing long-term partnerships with investors. I also champion the Multiples’ SHIFT Initiative for Equity, Empowerment and Environment with its portfolio companies with specific focus on gender diversity and social impact. In this role, I find myself in the midst of the action, witnessing the dynamic changes that India is undergoing across sectors and interacting with some of the finest minds in private equity at Multiples.

My skills, understanding and experience in varied sectors and situations help me connect and forge relationships. The SHIFT engagement has helped me appreciate the new perspectives of embedding these practices into business, and I am excited by the possibilities of value creation through this initiative.

Change has been a constant with me and I have imbibed various lessons from my personal and professional interactions with people across the globe in my previous roles as CFO of Kiran Energy Solar Power, and with Standard Chartered Bank in Vietnam, and with the ICICI Group.

My mantra is “focus on the priority at hand and everything will flow well”, and this has held me in good stead. I love experiencing slices of life be it through my travels, trying a new activity or observing life as I run on the roads at my own pace. I am also an avid tennis fan.
